This is Mumbai Sevens Youth League – the city’s newest stage for young footballers to experience what it’s truly like to play in a professional football environment.
From Academy Grounds to the Big Stage
Most young players in Mumbai have only played on small turfs or practice pitches. Here, things are different. You’ll play on a full natural grass ground, with proper 7-a-side dimensions – just like the top leagues.
Add to that the floodlit atmosphere, and every evening becomes a big match night.
And yes – we’ve even got VAR. That’s right, the Video Assistant Referee system makes its way into youth football, ensuring fair play and giving players a taste of international standards.
